A key principle of Scrum is that it provides the customer with the option to change their minds during a project about what they want and need (this is sometimes called requirements churn).Scrum adopts an practical approach; accepting that the problem can not be fully understood or defined, instead focusing on maximizing the team's ability to deliver quickly and respond to new requirements.
