BiteSource has done excellent work in setting up and securing our various hosted linux systems. They have displayed an excellent knowledge of the area and comes forward with sensible and practical suggestions for improvement.
They work quickly and efficiently with a view to overall budget.
Finally, their communication skills are excellent - which is a major plus when dealing with remote, foreign service providers. We hope to be using their services for some time to come.
